基本職責：
basic accountabilities:
1. 從戰略規劃到戰術活動等方面來管理產品的生命周期,即管理產品的推廣、變化、升級直至終結這一完整過程;
managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, i.e. management of product pre- & post launch, changes and upgrades and its end-of-life process
2. 根據現存產品的盈利能力和市場份額來管理產品的性能指標，如：:銷售量、利潤率、生產狀況以及進行大量的擴展數據分析，來確定產品的市場需求量、定位、生存能力和盈利能力;
manage in-life product performance in terms of profitability and market share of existing products: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis, etc. in order to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability.
3. 通過銷售與客戶的相互作用，為垂直應用整合市場反饋;
market feedback consolidation for vertical applications by interacting with sales and customers
4. 持續的審查和分析產品數據,以確保公司及競爭對手的產品是保持一個最新的發展;
continuous reviewing and analysis of product data to ensure that one is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products
5. 通過拜訪客戶以及非（注冊）客戶，為當前和未來的產品市場需求進行市場研究;
specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
6. 分析產品的潛在合作伙伴的關系;
analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
7. 針對于產品更新和新產品開發方面的系統和操作要求，定期召開會議;
regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes and new product development
8. 與國內、國際客戶以及合作伙伴的頻繁互動;
frequent interactions with multi-national internal and external customers and partners
9. 積極管理溝通事宜，包括：沖突的解決;
actively managing communication interfaces incl. conflict resolution
10. 對于客戶關于定制產品的推出，性能，意識的提高，應用等相關主題進行專門的培訓;
develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and in-life products, their policies and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter
11. 負責為銷售團隊和客戶提供必要的專業技術支持,確保銷售可以提供給客戶恰如其分的產品;
responsible for providing the sales team and customers with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell resp. to purchase the product"
主要工作關系（外部和內部）
principle working relations (both in internal and external)
1. 在簽訂銷售合同的過程中，與銷售渠道以及客戶保持緊密的聯系，開發和論證客戶提出的關于產品的附加功能;
working with the sales channels and customers in order to development and argumentation of customer value-add in conjunction with the proposed products and solutions before and during a sales contract process
2. 與內部的各種組織建立強有力的合作關系，包括：德國、美國和中國的產品經理、市場、產品定制化、產品測試、售后服務、物流、生產、銷售等部門的同事.
coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; with pms in germany, usa and china, marketing, product customization, test laboratory, after-sales, logistics, production and sales
資格要求：

1. 學歷要求
education requirement
本科以上學歷（工業自動化、電氣、電子、機械等相關專業）
university degree (major in industrial automation, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering and/or similar)
2. 工作背景要求
work background requirement
? 至少3年以上工業自動化領域相關工作經驗，尤其是在接插件、電纜、編碼器、傳感器產品以及與它們配套的集成系統零部件的應用（傳感器、輸入/輸出和控制系統等）；
at least 3 years experiences in industrial automation; esp. in sensor technologies, their integration with adjacent system components (e.g. connectivity, i/o and control systems) and applications
? 具有io編程的工作經驗優先。
programming experience in io link preferable
