基本職責:
basic accountabilities:
1.從戰略規劃到戰術活動等方面來管理產品的生命周期,即管理產品的推廣、變化、升級直至終結這一完整過程;
managing the product life cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities, i.e. management of products pre- & post launch, changes and upgrades and its end-of-life process
2.根據現存產品的盈利能力和市場份額來管理產品的性能指標,如::銷售量、利潤率、生產狀況以及進行大量的擴展數據分析,來確定產品的市場需求量、定位、生存能力和盈利能力;
manage in-life product performance in terms of profitability and market share of existing products: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis, etc. in order to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability.

4. 通過銷售與客戶的相互作用,為垂直應用整合市場反饋;
market feedback consolidation for vertical applications by interacting with sales and customers
5.持續的審查和分析產品數據,以確保公司及競爭對手的產品是保持一個最新的發展;
continuous reviewing and analysis of product data to ensure that one is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitor products
6.通過拜訪客戶以及非(注冊)客戶,為當前和未來的產品市場需求進行市場研究;
specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
7.分析產品的潛在合作伙伴的關系;
analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
8.針對于產品更新和新產品開發方面的系統和操作要求,定期召開會議;
regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes and new product development
9.與國內、國際客戶以及合作伙伴的頻繁互動;
frequent interactions with multi-national internal and external customers and partners
10.積極管理溝通事宜,包括:沖突的解決;
actively managing communication interfaces incl. conflict resolution
11.對于客戶關于定制產品的推出,性能,意識的提高,應用等相關主題進行專門的培訓;
develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and in-life products, their policies and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter
12.負責為銷售團隊和客戶提供必要的專業技術支持,確保銷售可以提供給客戶恰如其分的產品;
responsible for providing the sales team and customers with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell resp. to purchase the product"
13.管理員工日常事務;帶領下屬完成團隊的業績目標,為員工設定個人績效目標和發展計劃,輔導,培訓,支持,激勵員工達成業績目標,不斷改進團隊的工作效率和效果。
manage administrative issues of subordinates; lead the subordinates to achieve the team performance targets; set individual performance targets and development plan for the employees; coach, train, support and motivate employees to achieve performance targets and improve the working efficiency and effectiveness continuously.

1.在簽訂銷售合同的過程中,與銷售渠道以及客戶保持緊密的聯系,開發和論證客戶提出的關于產品的附加功能;
working with the sales channels and customers in order to development and argumentation of customer value-add in conjunction with the proposed products and solutions before and during a sales contract process
2.與內部的各種組織建立強有力的合作關系,包括:德國、美國和中國的產品經理、市場、產品定制化、產品測試、售后服務、物流、生產、銷售等部門的同事.
coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; with pms in germany, usa and china, marketing, product customization, test laboratory, after-sales, logistics, production and sales

2.工作背景要求

?至少6年以上工業自動化領域相關工作經驗,尤其是傳感器產品以及與它們配套零部件,集成系統(例如接插件,輸入/輸出和控制系統等)和應用
at least 6 years of experience in industrial automation; esp. in sensor technologies, their integration with adjacent system components (e.g. connectivity, i/o and control systems) and applications
